EC/Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Agreement

This text constitutes the final act in which the Council decides to approve, on behalf of the European Community and its Member States, the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) between the EC and their Member States, of the one part, and Montenegro, of the other part.
