PURPOSE: appointment of Mr ENGWIRDA as a member of the Court of Auditors.
LEGISLATIVE ACT: Council Decision 2008/41/EC, Euratom appointing seven members of the Court of Auditors.
CONTENT: The Council approves the appointment of Mr Maarten B. ENGWIRDA (The Netherlands) as a member of the Court of Auditors (renewal of mandate).
His term of office will cover the period running from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2013.
