Wheeled agricultural or forestry tractors: field of vision and windscreen wipers (repeal. Directive 74/347/EEC). Codification

PURPOSE: codification of Directive 74/347/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the field of vision and windscreen wipers for wheeled agricultural or forestry tractors.

LEGISLATIVE ACT: Directive 2008/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the field of vision and windscreen wipers for wheeled agricultural or forestry tractors (codified version).

CONTENT: the aim of this Directive is to codify Council Directive 74/347/EEC of 25 June 1974 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the field of vision and windscreen wipers for wheeled agricultural or forestry tractors. The new Directive supersedes the various acts incorporated in it; it fully preserves the content of the acts being codified and hence does no more than bring them together with only such formal amendments as are required by the codification exercise itself.

ENTRY INTO FORCE: 18/02/2008.
