Conservation of wild birds; Commission implementing powers

The Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety adopted a report drafted by Miroslav OUZKY (EPP-ED, CZ) and unanimously approved, in the framework of the codecision procedure, the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending, as regards the implementing powers conferred on the Commission, Council Directive 79/409/EEC on the conservation of wild birds.
