Wheeled agricultural or forestry tractors: driver's seat

The Legal Affairs Committee adopted a report drafted by Diana WALLIS (ADLE, UK), and approved, in 1st reading of codecision procedure, the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the driver's seat on wheeled agricultural or forestry tractors (codified version).

The Commission proposal is approved as adapted to the recommendations of the Consultative Working Party of the legal services of the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission.
