Car industry: approval of commercial vehicle equipment and parts; accession of the EC to UN/ECE Regulation No 61

The Committee on International Trade adopted the report drawn up by Helmuth MARKOV (GUE/NGL, DE), recommending that the Parliament give its assent to the proposal for a Council decision on the accession of the European Community to United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Regulation No 61 on uniform provisions for the approval of commercial vehicles with regard to their external projections forward of the cab's rear panel.
