EU Solidarity Fund: mobilisation for France following the storm "Klaus" in 2009

The Committee on Budgets adopted the report drawn up by Reimer BÖGE (EPP, DE) calling on the European Parliament to approve, unamended, the proposal for a decision of the European Parliament and of the Council on mobilisation of the European Union Solidarity Fund.
Under the proposal, the Fund would be mobilised to provide the sum of EUR 109 377 165 in commitment and payment appropriations in 2009 to assist France following a major storm (Klaus) in January 2009.
