EU Solidarity Fund: mobilisation for France following the storm "Klaus" in 2009

The European Parliament adopted by 581 votes to 23, with 6 abstentions, a resolution approving, unamended, the proposal for a decision of the European Parliament and of the Council on mobilisation of the European Union Solidarity Fund.
The Fund shall be mobilised to provide the sum of EUR 109 377 165 in commitment and payment appropriations in 2009 to assist France following a major storm (Klaus) in January 2009.
