European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training: budget, access to documents (amend. Regulation (EEC) No 337/75)

PURPOSE : to bring the constituent instruments of the European Communities decentralised bodies into line with the New Financial Regulation of June 2002 as well as with the Regulation relating to the access to public documents of May 2001. LEGISLATIVE ACT : Council Regulation 1655/2003/EC amending Regulation 337/75/EEC establishing a European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training and repealing Regulation 1416/76/EEC. CONTENT : this Regulation aims to amend Regulation 337/75/EEC as regards the budgetary and financial rules applicable to the ECDVT, in order to bring it into line with the new general Financial Regulation that entered into force on 1 January 2003, and also as regards access to its documents, with a view to implementing within the Centre Regulation 1049/2001/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2001 regarding access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents.
