PURPOSE: to appoint Mr Eoin O’Shea as a member of the Court of Auditors until 29 February 2012.
LEGISLATIVE ACT: Council Decision 2010/251/EU appointing a member of the Court of Auditors.
CONTENT: following the resignation of Máire Geoghegan-Quinn as Member of the Court of Auditors by letter of 8 February 2010, this Decision appoints Mr Eoin O'SHEA a member of the Court of Auditors for the remainder of the term of office of Ms Máire GEOGHEGAN-QUINN, which runs until 29 February 2012.
