The Committee
on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs adopted the report drafted by
Salvatore IACOLINO (EPP, IT) recommending the European Parliament gives its
consent to the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union and
Japan on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters.
