Wheeled agricultural and forestry tractors: rear-mounted roll-over protection structures

The Committee on Legal Affairs adopted the report drafted by Sajjad KARIM (ECR, UK) on the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on rear-mounted roll-over protection structures of narrow-track wheeled agricultural and forestry tractors (codified text).

It recommended that the European Parliament’s position adopted at first reading, under the ordinary legislative procedure, should be to take over the Commission proposal as adapted to the recommendations of the Consultative Working Party of the legal services of the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission.
