Wheeled agricultural and forestry tractors: roll-over protection structures

The Committee on Legal Affairs adopted the report drafted by Sajjad KARIM (ECR, UK) on the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on roll-over protection structures mounted in front of the driver's seat on narrow-track wheeled agricultural and forestry tractors (codified text).

It recommended that the European Parliament’s position adopted at first reading, under the ordinary legislative procedure, should be to take over the Commission proposal as adapted to the recommendations of the Consultative Working Party of the legal services of the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission.
