Resolution on the appointment of the Executive Director of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA)

The European Parliament adopted by 506 votes to 77 with 60 abstentions a resolution tabled on behalf of the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs and approved the appointment of Verena ROSS (DE) as Executive Director of the European Supervisory Authority (European Securities and Markets Authority).
