PURPOSE: to appoint Peter Praet as a member of the Executive Board of the ECB.
NON-LEGISLATIVE ACT: European Council Decision 2011/195/EU appointing a member of the Executive Board of the European Central Bank.
CONTENT: the European Council adopted this Decision appointing Peter PRAET (BE) as a member of the Executive Board of the European Central Bank for a term of office of 8 years, as from 1 June 2011.
