Mr Juan-Francisco Corona Ramón decided to stand down as a nominee for the Court of Auditors. This procedure has therefore lapsed.
Following the withdrawal of Mr Corona Ramón's candidacy, the Council consulted the European Parliament on the nomination of Mr Baudilio Tomé Muguruza as a Member of the Court of Auditors. Please see procedure file 2012/0801(NLE).
