Partial renewal of Members of the Court of Auditors - NL nominee

The European Parliament decided by 462 votes to 129, with 25 abstentions, to give a favourable opinion on the Council's proposal to nominate Stef Blok (NL) as a member of the Court of Auditors.
The Committee on Budgetary Control assessed the proposed candidate’s credentials. It then held a hearing with the candidate on 15 July 2025, during which the candidate made an opening statement and then answered questions from the committee members.
