Mediterranean policy: follow-up to the Barcelona Conference 1995

The Council took note of the joint report from the presidency and the Commission on the follow-up to the Barcelona Conference. The presidency noted that the draft conclusions did not perceive any real difficulties on the part of the delegations and as a result the conclusions would be formally adopted at some future date once the general reservation expressed by the United Kingdom concerning BSE had been lifted.
