EC/Chile Association Agreement

This proposal is for a Council Decision on the conclusion of the Agreement establishing an Association Agreement between the EC and its Member States, of the one part and the Republic of Chile, of the other part. Attached to this Decision are the text of the Association Agreement, Annexes, Protocols, as well as the declarations made by the EC unilaterally to jointly with the other Party that are attached to the Final Acts. The text is similar to its previous version (please refer to the previous text). The Decision provides specific measures responding to the Agreement and aims to conclude certain instruments required to amend the Association Agreement.�
