EC/Turkmenistan Partnership and Cooperation Agreement

On 25 May 1998 the partnership and cooperation agreement between the Communities, of the one part, and Turkmenistan, of the other part, was signed by the Parties. It is a slightly amended version of the agreement proposed by the Commission. The Council's text notably contains additional legal provisions concerning the right of establishment, transport, the treatment of enterprises and provision of services.�
