Amending budget 2/2004: section VIII part B: European data-protection Supervisor

On 26 February 2004 the Council established draft amending budget No 2 for the financial year 2004, by adopting the preliminary draft amending budget without amendment (please see resume of 3 February 2004). Under draft amending budget No 2 for the financial year 2004, total expenditure stands at EUR 111 301 527 149 in commitment appropriations and EUR 99 725 658 671 in payment appropriations.�
