EC/Ukraine Partnership and Cooperation Agreement. Protocol following the 1995 enlargement

OBJECTIVE: adoption of a protocol to the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the European Community and Ukraine in order to take into account the accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden to the Community. SUBSTANCE: this protocol seeks only to insert the names of the three new Member States which acceded to the Community on 1 January 1995 (Austria, Finland, Sweden) in the list of signatory states to the EC-Ukraine Partnership Agreement. �
