EC/Romania agreement: road and combined goods transport, road transit

On 11 May 2001, the Council revised the Agreement between the European Community and Romania establishing certain conditions for the carriage of goods by road and the promotion of combined transport. The draft revision does not modify the previous draft to any appreciable extent (please refer to the old basic proposal). �
