Court of Auditors: appointment of Mr LEVYSOHN

PURPOSE : to consult the European Parliament on the partial renewal of the Members of the Court of Auditors. CONTENT : in accordance with Article 247 (3) paragraph 1 of the EC Treaty, the Council consults the European Parliament on the nomination of Mr Morten LEVYSOHN (Denmark) as a Member of the Court of Auditors following the resignation of another Member of the Court.�
