2002 budget: section III, Commission

PURPOSE : to finally adopt the general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2002. COMMUNITY MEASURE : 2002/50/EC, ECSC, Euratom. CONTENT : the general budget of the Union for the financial year 2002 has finally been adopted in conformity with the budgetary procedure concluded on 13 December 2001. The Union's budget is accordance with the priorities defined by the budgetary authorities at budgetary conciliation and with the vote, second reading, at Parliament's plenary session (please refer to Parliament's resolution of 13/12/2001).�
