Cereals: calculation of import duties (amend. Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92)

The committee adopted the report by Dominique SOUCHET (Ind, F) tabling one amendment to the proposal under the consultation procedure. It sought to ensure that cereals covered by CN code 1001 1000 (durum wheat) would also be included among the products subject to a higher rate of import duty as provided for in the regulation. �
