1999 discharge: European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions EFILWC budget (Dublin)

The committee adopted the report by Lousewies van der LAAN (ELDR, NL), recommending that discharge be granted to the Court of Justice, the Court of Auditors and the Committee of Regions for 1999. The committee also recommended granting discharge to the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions in Dublin and to the European Centre for Vocational Training in Thessaloniki. However, it felt that the decision concerning discharge for the Economic and Social Committee should be postponed until the conclusions of the OLAF inquiry into a number of irregularities had been received.�
