Quality assurance in higher education: European cooperation

In her recommendation for second reading on the common position with a view to the adoption of a Council Recommendation on European co-operation in quality assurance in higher education, Renate HEINISCH (EPP, D) said that she could agree with the common position. Important amendmentts had been incorporated in the common position. Commissioner Edith CRESSON could accept the only amendment tabled by the rapporteur. �
