The committee adopted the report by Marie-Hélène GILLIG (PES, F) approving the proposal under the 1st reading of the codecision procedure, subject to three technical amendments to Annex IIa (special non-contributory benefits). MEPs wanted mobility allowances granted in Spain and Ireland and income support granted in the United Kingdom to be included in that Annex. �
