The committee approved the draft recommendation for second reading (codecision procedure) by Enrico FERRI (EPP/ED, I) approving - subject to six technical amendments - the Council's common position on common rules for speedometers for two- or three-wheeled motor vehicles. The amendments primarily concern commitology.
