Conservation of fishery resources (regul. 3094/86/EEC). Codified version

OBJECTIVE : amendment of the proposal to codify Regulation 3094/86/EEC. SUBSTANCE : on 20 June 1991 the Commission presented a proposal for a Council regulation codifying Regulation 3094/86/EEC of 7 October 1986 on certain technical measures for the conservation of fishery resources. Since Regulation 3094/86/EEC has been amended a number of times in the interim, the Commission decided to amend its proposal to codify the above regulation. This meant taking account of the large number of prior amendments, and numerous adjustments were made to the text concerned. Consequently, this amended codification proposal takes the form of a complete and up to date text. �
