Agricultural prices 1996/97 - Beef and veal.
With regard to the intervention price for large bovines for the 1996/97 marketing year, the
Commission proposes to maintain the level of ECU 347.5/100 kg deadweight for male carcases of
quality R3.
No other prices are required to be fixed since the obligation to fix yearly a guide price was removed
by the Council (Uruguay Round agreement).
