EC/Moldova agreement: partnership and cooperation agreement, protocol after the 1995 enlargement

OBJECTIVE: adoption of a protocol to the partnership and cooperation agreement between the Community and the Republic of Moldova to take account of the accession to the Community of Austria, Finland and Sweden. SUBSTANCE: the purpose of this protocol is solely to add the three new Member States which joined the Community on 1 January 1995 (Austria, Finland and Sweden) to the list of signatories to the EC/Moldova partnership agreement. �
