EC/Hungaria Europe Agreement: adaptation of institutional aspects following the 1995 enlargement

PURPOSE : to adopt a Protocol concluding the European Agreement between the European Communities and Hungary, in order to take account of the accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden to the European Union. CONTENT : the Protocol aims to associate Austria, Sweden and Finland with the basic agreement signed in Brussels on 16.12.1991 between the Community and Hungary, which entered into force on 01.02.1994. Consequently, the texts established in the Finnish and Swedish languages shall be authentic in the same manner as the original texts. �
