Transport safety: transportable pressure equipment

In its re-examined proposal, the European Commission incorporated one amendment approved by the European Parliament in its second reading. This seeks to introduce obligatory notification to the Commission in the event of non-conformity. All the other amendments were rejected (in particular, those dealing with re-evaluation of a certified recipient by a body notified by the Member States).�
