HANDYNET: continued development of the HANDYNET system 1995-1996 in the framework of HELIOS II for disabled people

This proposal for a decision was adopted by the Council of Ministers. The Handynet system would be continued for the period from 1 January 1995 to 31 December 1996 in the framework of the activities undertaken to date on the first "technical aids" module, including the following aspects: - electronic message service; - electronic newspaper; - multilingual database. �
