Freedom to supply services and workers' rights: posting of workers

In its opinion on the Council's common position, the Commission considered that the text adopted by the Council was an excellent balance between the various elements provided for, substantially improved the content of the amended proposal and represented real Community added value. The Commission considered that this text made a full contribution to progress with the social dimension of the European Union.�
