EC/Czech Republic Europe Agreement: adaptation of institutional aspects following the 1995 enlargement

This proposal for a Council and Commission Decision relates to the conclusion of a Protocol on the adaptation of the institutional aspects of the EC/Czech Republic Europe Agreement to take into account the accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden to the European Union to ensure that it conforms with the Commission's 1997 Proposal relating to this subject.�
