The Parliament adopted its recommendation, drafted by Ms. Anne ANDRE-LEONARD (ELDR, Belgium), concerning the conclusion of the Partnership and Co-operation Agreement with Uzbekistan. It gave its assent to the proposal for a Council and Commission decision.�
