Agricultural prices 1996/1997: specific measure in respect of certain grain legumes

In adopting the report by Mr Giacomo SANTINI (UPE, I), the European Parliament called for an increase in the rate of aid from ECU 181 per hectare to ECU 190 per hectare and an extension of the maximum guaranteed area, beyond which penalties are triggered, from 400 000 to 450 000 hectares. It also proposed the inclusion of kidney beans among the products covered by the regulation. �
