1997 discharge: vocational training ECDVT and Dublin Foundation EFILWC budgets

Adopting the report by Edward Kellett-Bowman (PPE,UK), the European Parliament grants discharge to the Administrative Board of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions and to the Management Board of the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training, in respect of the implementation of their respective budgets for the 1997 financial year.
