Trans-European energy networks, guidelines: list of projects of common interest

In adopting the report by Mr Gordon ADAM (PSE, UK), Parliament approved, without amendments,
the proposal amending Decision 1254/96/EEC laying down a series of guidelines on trans-European
energy networks.
