In adopting the report by Mr Koch (EPP/ED, D), the European Parliament approves the Council's common position subject to One amendment relates to the entry into force of Member States' implementing legislation within three months of the Directive's entry into force (as opposed to 31.12.1999 in the text of the common position).�
