Fisheries: financial participation in the collection of data, the financing of studies and of pilot projects

The European Parliament adopted the report drafted by Mrs. Elspeth ATTWOOLL (ELDR, UK) on data collection, studies and pilot projects in the context of the common fisheries policy. Several amendments were adopted seeking to clarify aspects of the Regulation, speeding up its progress, and involving the Commission more in the evaluation of the data.�
