EC/Moldova agreement: partnership and cooperation agreement, protocol after the 1995 enlargement

PURPOSE: to adopt a protocol to the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the European Communities and the Republic of Moldova in order to take account of the accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden to the Community. COMMUNITY MEASURE: Council and Commission decision 98/401/EC, ECSC, Euratom on the conclusion of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Moldova, of the other part. CONTENT: the protocol adds the names of the 3 new Member States which acceded to the Community on 01/01/1995 (Austria, Finland and Sweden) to the list of signatory countries of the EC/Moldova Partnership Agreement.
