Request for the waiver of Mr Kronberger's immunity

The European Parliament recieved a request for the waiver of the immunity of Johann Kronberger, forwarded by the relevant Austrian authorities on 31 January 2000 and announced in plenary sitting on 2 March 2000. The Parliament adopted a resolution based on the report by Francois ZIMERAY (PES, France) deciding to waive the immunity of Johann Kronberger.�
