Olive oil: extension of the period of validity of aid scheme and quality strategy

In adopting the report by Mr Salvador JOVE PERES (EUL/NGL, E), the European Parliament approved the Commission's proposal for a quality strategy for olive oil with a non-binding amendments designed to boost quality still further and tighten up the provisions to prevent fraud.
