Guidelines for trans-European networks for the electronic interchange of data between administrations (IDA)

Using its procedure without debate, the European Parliament adopted a resolution drafted by Mel READ (PES, UK) on guidelines for the electronic interchange of data between administrations (IDA). (Please refer to the document dated 22/05/02.) Parliament stated that, in planning and implementing new networks, it is essential to ensure close cooperation between Member States and the Commission and other Community institutions.�
