In adopting the resolution by Mrs Carmen FRAGE ESTEVEZ (EPP-ED, E), the timetable for an agreement relating to the fisheries compensation scheme to Spain and Portugal as part of the fisheries agreement with Morocco has been extended to 31 December 2001 rather than 30 June 2001 as proposed by the Commission.�
