EC/Romania agreement: road and combined transport, distribution of authorisations

The European Parliament approved the report which amends Regulation 685/2001/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council in order to foresee for the distribution of authorisations among Member States received through the Agreement between the European Community and Romania establishing certain conditions for the carriage of goods by road and the promotion of combined transport.
